What This Policy Covers

You are reading a review of a broker, not opening an account with one. That distinction shapes everything below. This site is an independent editorial resource for readers in Pakistan. It is not the broker it reviews, it is not affiliated with that broker, and it does not provide financial services, accounts, deposits or advice. When you browse these pages, the only information involved is the ordinary technical and editorial data described in this policy.

This policy explains what happens to that information, why it is held, how long it stays, and what you can ask us to do with it. It applies to this website and to messages you send through the contact form on this site. It does not apply to any other website you may reach by following a link, including the broker's own site, because those sites set their own rules.

What We Collect And Skip

We collect the content of any message you choose to send through the contact form on this site, together with whatever name and reply details you include so that a response is possible. We also collect standard technical data that servers and analytics tools record automatically, such as the pages viewed, the time of the visit, the referring page, the browser and device type, and a shortened or masked network address used for measurement.

We do not ask for and do not want sensitive financial information. Do not send account numbers, card details, identity documents, passwords or records of deposits and withdrawals through the contact form. This site has no accounts, no login area and no payment function, so there is nothing here for you to sign up to and nothing here that takes money.

We do not buy contact lists, we do not build profiles of individual readers for advertising, and we do not track you across other websites for our own marketing.

Analytics And Aggregated Measurement

We use measurement tools to understand which reviews and guides are read, which sections are skipped, and whether the site works properly on the devices readers actually use. The output we look at is aggregated: counts, trends and proportions rather than a record of what one named person did. Where a tool can be configured to reduce identifiability, we choose the setting that collects less, such as masked network addresses and disabled advertising features.

Aggregated figures may be kept for longer than raw technical logs because they no longer point to anyone in particular, and they help us decide what to update. We do not use measurement data to serve targeted advertising, and we do not combine it with the contents of messages you send us to build a profile.

Who Receives The Data

Access is limited to the people who run and edit this site and who need it to answer reader messages, fix technical faults or review readership figures. Technical data passes through the hosting and measurement providers that keep the site online and count visits, and those providers process it on our instructions under their own terms.

We may disclose information if the law requires it, or if it is necessary to respond to a genuine legal claim or to protect the site and its readers from abuse. In that event we disclose only what is actually required.

We never sell reader data. We do not rent it, trade it, or hand it to the broker being reviewed or to any other broker, platform or marketing partner for their own promotional use. There is no arrangement under which a review is exchanged for reader details.

How Long Records Stay

Messages sent through the contact form are kept only as long as needed to deal with the query and any follow-up, and are then deleted. If a message relates to a correction or a complaint about published content, we may keep it longer so the editorial record stays accurate.

Raw technical and measurement logs are kept for a limited period and then deleted or reduced to aggregated form. Backup copies expire on a rolling cycle. When information is no longer needed for the purpose it was collected for, it is removed rather than stored indefinitely on the chance it might be useful later.

Legal Basis And Your Rights

We process technical and measurement data on the basis of our legitimate interest in running and improving an editorial site, kept to the minimum that purpose requires. Messages you send are processed because you asked us to respond, and to keep an accurate record of editorial correspondence. Where consent is the basis for a particular measurement setting, you may withdraw it at any time, and the site continues to work without it.

You may ask what information we hold about you, request a copy, ask for corrections, ask us to delete it, or object to a particular use. You may also ask us to restrict how it is used while a question is being resolved. Send any such request through the contact form on this site, describing what you want, and we will respond within a reasonable period. If you believe we have handled your information poorly, tell us first so we can put it right.

This site is written for adults. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under the age of majority in their jurisdiction. If you believe a child has sent us personal details, contact us through the contact form and we will delete them.
